No Warranty on Accessories
There is no warranty for tech accessories. This applies to laptop chargers, power adapters, USB cables, flash drives, keyboards, mice, bags, and peripheral adapters.

Return Eligibility & Guidelines
Item Condition
Products must be returned in original packaging with all included accessories, serial number tags, and sales invoice.
Proof of Purchase
Provide your Ultra Global receipt, M-Pesa transaction code, or online Order ID.
Excluded Items
Physical damage caused by liquid spills, power surges/lightening, or un-certified third-party repairs is not covered under warranty.
